Exposure assessments may be based on actual or anticipated residues
For purposes of exposure and risk assessments, EPA is not required to assume that residues will be present at the maximum level permitted by the tolerance, or to apply other worst-case assumptions. EPA may rely on residue data and processing data, as well as FDA monitoring data.
