Dear Dr. Abbott:
Re: FIFRA 2(ee) Recommendation for Medallion Fungicide (EPA Reg. No. 100--769) alone or in Tank Mix with Daconil
Ultrex Turf Care (EPA Reg. No. 50534-202-100) for control of anthracnose in annual bluegrass and creeping bentgrass in
New York State
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (Department) has approved your FIFRA 2(ee)
recommendation to use Medallion alone or in tank mix with Daconil Ultrex Turf Care to control anthracnose in annual
bluegrass and creeping bentgrass. All restrictions and limitations on each label must be carefully followed. The use
rate and timing must be identical to the New York State registered labels. The additional New York State restriction of
"Not for sale, use or distribution in Nassau County or Suffolk County, New York" for Medallion, must be followed.
Anyone using Medallion or tank mixing these products under this recommendation must have the
recommendation in their possession at the time of application.
Enclosed is the stamped "accepted" copy of the recommendation as it is to appear in the Cornell
Recommends. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please contact Robin Hackett, of my staff, at (518)

Sincerely,
