zineb (Dithane Z-78, Parzate) Expiration of Tolerance Revocations

zineb The USEPA has established expiration dates for the
revocation of all zineb tolerances for residues in or on
agricultural commodities. All the remaining pesticide
products for zineb were cancelled in 1991. All zineb
tolerances for residues in or on agricultural
commodities (except grapes for wine use) will expire on
12-31-94. The zineb tolerance on GRAPES designated for
wine use will expire on 12-31-97; however, it only
applies to grapes grown in 1992 or earlier in the
Northern Hemisphere, and 1993 or earlier in the Southern
Hemisphere. Written objections should be submitted to
the Hearing Clerk and identified as OPP-300268.
