Dear Mr. O'Connor:
Re: Registration of Major Change in Labeling for the Pesticide
Product Commodore WP Insecticide in Water Soluble Packets
(EPA Reg. No. 10182-342)
We have accepted your application to register the referenced
pesticide product in New York State. The product contains the active
ingredient lambda-cyhalothrin, and is labeled for residual pest control
in and on buildings and structures and their immediate surroundings and
on modes of transport. Commodore is classified as a general use
pesticide in New York State.
We reviewed the information submitted in support of this
registration, and concludes that use of Commodore as labeled is
not likely to result in adverse impacts to human health or to the
environment in New York State.
The accepted label is the most current federally registered
label as submitted. The Certificate of Pesticide Registration
and a copy of the New York State stamped-accepted label for
Commodore WP Insecticide in Water Soluble Packets are enclosed
for your records.
Sincerely,
Norman Nosenchuck, P.E.
