Re: Recruit A.G. (EPA Experimental Use Permit No. 62719-EUP-37)
A New York State experimental use permit has been issued for the
referenced pesticide product. The Certificate of Pesticide Registration and a
copy of the stamped-"Accepted" label are enclosed. The experimental permit is
issued under the following conditions:
1. The approved cooperator list (copy enclosed) is the list submitted to
this Department via facsimile on July 1, 1996. You must notify this office at
least seven days prior to treatment if there are any changes/additions to the
list of cooperators;
2. It is your responsibility to notify the appropriate regional office of
the Department at least 48 hours prior to any treatment. Enclosed is a list of
regional office contacts and phone numbers;
3. The experimental permit expires December 31, 1997.
