Re: MK-0244 0.16 EC Insecticide for Use on Cabbage; EPA Experimental Use
Permit No. 618-EUP-14
The referenced experimental use program has been amended/extended in New
York State. An updated Certificate of Pesticide Registration and a copy of the
stamped-"Accepted" label are enclosed. The experimental permit is issued under
the following conditions:
1. Treatment is limited to a maximum total of 6 acres of cabbage (maximum
total of 0.54 lbs. active ingredient)
2. The approved cooperator list (copy enclosed) is the list submitted to
this Department on July 10, 1996. You must notify this office at least seven
days prior to treatment if there are any proposed changes/additions to the
list of cooperators;
3. It is your responsibility to notify the appropriate regional office of
the Department at least 48 hours prior to any treatment. Enclosed is a list of
regional office contacts and phone numbers;
4. The experimental permit expires May 11, 1997.
